Boatbuilding Technology at Millennium Marine
Design:
1. Although we use Gino Gandino's design team for Millennium Marine Yacht Design origins, our "in-house"design department is fully capable of "Stand alone"Yacht design.
2. Create 3D modeling and realistic renderings using Rhino, 3D Max, Solidwoks, Catia, Coraldraw, and Photoshop.

Tooling:
1. We utilize both traditional tooling and state of the art CNC tooling techniques, understanding that no singie procedure is satisfactory in all situations, When creating flawless tooling.
2. Our Tooling crews are well experienced with modern tooling products and materials. We use western name brand composites for all our tooling.
3. Utilize modular construction techniques whenever possible, keeping the quality up and costs down.
4. VIP infusion techniques are standard at Millennium Marine, using the best composite materials available regardless of origin...All laminations Are approved by RINA.

Interiors:
1. Millennium Interior s are created in our CNC based woodshop, by expert trades people.
2. Highest quality solid woods and veneers are methodically selected carefully by our senior technicians.
3. HVLP Spray Finishing is standard practice, but and finishing is accomplished by Masters when required.
